Hoss CakeThis cake was made for a babyshower. The top layer is a chocolate cake and the bottom layer is vanilla cake. There is raspberry filling in both and then covered in buttercream icing. The 4 blocks at the front are also the chocolate cake. This chocolate cake is definitely the best cake recipe, so moist and rich, always a huge success. Everything was then covered with the marshmallow fondant and buttercream was used for the final touches. |

Blue Jays cakeThis cake was made for my brother’s 33rd birthday. He requested a vanilla cake with butterscotch filling. He is a huge Blue Jays fan so I thought I would attempt their logo. I was very pleased with the end result. It is covered with buttercream icing and then marshmallow fondant giving it a very smooth finish. My brother said it tasted excellent. |

Camouflage cakeThis cake was made for my a nine year old boy. He absolutely loves camo print. This time I covered the cake with the star technique giving a nice result. It is a homemade chocolate cake with buttercream icing. He was sick on his birthday but he loved it anyway and was able to enjoy it the days afterwards. |
